MEP Management
The involvement of MEP in any project is crucial. From the initial design stage, right through to project handover. Our extensive experience and works alongside architects, engineers, designers, contractors and clients allow us to provide top quality management, making sure all expectations can be met.
Coordination
We find a key part of what we bring to the table on any project, is coordination, we can effectively coordinate all internal services with the construction team,  so there are no financial surprises further down the road. At SEREC, we work tirelessly on MEP coordination throughout all design & construction stages to ensure a cost effective and efficient project.
Procurement
Working in the Caribbean means that procurement needs to be correct and as accurate as possible. We are well versed in the submittal and RFI process to ensure equipment and materials are correct and to the specifications of the engineers and designers.  The benefits of efficient procurement in the construction industry in the Caribbean equate to a project unhampered by delays and compromises, which can happen when procurement isn't up to our high standards. We thrive on making projects run as smoothly as possible.
Installation
Our team of fully qualified Plumbers and Electricians are highly experienced and worked with us on previous projects. We have hand picked them to join our team at SEREC to ensure a quality product. We install to the highest of standards and meet all code and regulation requirements.
